The latest version of the App simply doesnt work with a $19.99 in-App purchase.
It works, however, if you get a digital subscription directly from NR. Apparently iTunes and NR databases dont talk to each other.
The App email Technical Support has been friendly, responsive but ineffective. Their suggestions deal with the obvious: Did you Restore the purchases? YES. Did you Reset the App? YES. Did you close and re open the the App? YES. Did you delete and re download thIt works, however,e App? YES. This is indicative that they do not know what the problem is: Its hard to recommend therapy when you dont have a diagnosis! After a week of email exchanges, I have decided to ask Apple for a refund and I will rely on a direct subscription with NR.
